Caprese with pesto sauce and olives

Preparation:
1․ Cut the tomato and mozzarella into roughly equal circles. Chop the olives lengthwise into four pieces.

2․ Place the tomato and cheese on top of each other. Add the olives.

3․ Pour over the pesto sauce and balsamic sauce. Sprinkle with pepper, add parsley. You can garnish with chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
