Salad with cabbage and egg pancakes

Preparation:
Chop cabbage and grate carrots. Mix with salt and pepper with your hands, slightly squeezing the vegetables. Chop garlic and herbs. Whisk together the eggs, milk and salt. Fry a few pancakes in oil. Roll into rolls and slice across. Mix everything and dress with mayonnaise.
